This industry offered a lot of jobs for people in which 8.7% of Japan’s workforce are employed in the automotive industry.

Another benefit of this industry was that it increased their imports and exports. Japan is importing pieces and components.

 Honda, Toyota and Nissan were the mountain top manufacturers. In any and every country those Japanese companies are around you since they have stretched across all continents.

A very huge automotive parts manufacturer in Japan called Denso. Denso is part of a Toyota group.

The fact that Japanese manufacturers made tremendous inroads on the global automobile market during the 1970s will surprise nobody. What may surprise many is that Toyota’s productivity rates exceeded U.S. manufacturers’
